Outside

The house is set in mature gardens of approx. 3000 sq. metres, with our private field running alongside the property of approx. 2.5 acres. The private pool is 9 x 4 metros and is surrounded by a lovely new terrace.  All sun loungers and pool towels are provided. There is a covered terrace which has views over the pool and also a window which offers views out onto the field and hills behind the village of St. Come. There is a large round table for ten people. It is a perfect spot for long, lazy lunches and suppers on warm summer evenings, with the garden lit by the pool light once the sun has gone to bed.  The large built in BBQ is next to the house and boules pitch (boules provided). The bespoke treehouse is magical for children big and little and the views from it are spectacular. There is a garden at the front and back of the house, so it is easy to find a peaceful spot for those quiet moments. There is a gate which divides the two gardens, so if you don’t want your children to play by the swimming pool, you can close it and only open the doors into the front garden which is also fun to explore. There is plenty of room for parking in the private drive.
